There are no refunds issued for marketing, advertising, and content-related services and products purchased from Romy Singh. All sales are final.

In case, if you have any questions, we recommend contacting us before purchasing any service.

Design & Development

There are no refunds on design, or development-related services purchased. Because once I start working on any accepted project the invested time, energy, and produced deliverables can’t be reversed.

Payments

Upon hiring me for any project a deposit amount would be initially processed to start the work, and pending payments need to be cleared before the complete project handover is done. No refund will be issued once you have hired me for any services, and any pending dues much be cleared on a timely basis.

Digital Products & Freebies

Any digital products bought from Romy Singh will be non-refundable because once a digital product is bought there’s no surefire way to get the product back.
